BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT

1. A provisional booking will be accepted by the caravan owners, subject to receiving a £50 non refundable deposit, this deposit via bank transfer. Please note that NO bookings will be confirmed until the caravan owners have received the deposit & funds have cleared.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION.

 

2. THE BALANCE OF THE HIRE CHARGE IS DUE AT LEAST 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, if the balance is NOT received within this time frame, then the caravan owners reserve the right to hire the caravan to someone else. Bookings taken with less than 4 weeks remaining can only be accepted if payment is made in full.

 

3. The hirer shall also pay a £100 refundable security bond. This bond is fully refundable when the caravan is left clean & tidy with no damages, keys returned. The caravan owners reserve the right to withhold the entire bond and /or bill the hirer for the additional cost of: a) replacing and/or repairing all damage. b) all breakages. c) charge for excessive cleaning of the caravan or removing stains or replacing as new. d) Failure to leave keys in keybox.

ALL BREAKAGES, DAMAGE AND STAINS WITHIN THE CARAVAN MUST BE PAID FOR!! THE HIRER MUST INFORM THE CARAVAN OWNERS WITHIN 12HRS OF ARRIVAL OF ANY DEFECTS, INVENTORY SHORTAGES AND OR BREAKAGES. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOU, THE HIRER BEING HELD RESPONSIBLE.

 

CANCELLATIONS

4. In the event of a cancellation, The hirer must confirm this in writing. (All monies paid are not refundable in the event of a cancellation).

5. No refund will be made to the hirer whose hiring has commenced and who vacates the caravan for any reason including an emergency at home.

 

GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

6. Bookings will only be accepted from hirers who are twenty-one (21) years of age and above. No hens/stag parties (Couples and Family’s only). unless caravan owner agrees otherwise this could mean a higher security bond being required.

 

7. Only the persons on the booking form may go in the caravan. Over Occupancy will not be tolerated and will result in everybody being asked to vacate the caravan with no monies refunded.

 

8. ALL changes to a booking are allowed by prior agreement with the caravan owners and confirmed in writing to the owners.

 

9. The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all persons in the caravan & on the caravan park. All park site rules must be followed at all times.

 

10. The hirer agrees that all persons named on the booking form shall be with you (the hirer) during your hire period of the holiday caravan. Holiday park owners and/or their staff shall have a copy of your booking form. The booking form is important because it is for you and your parties safety and security purposes only.

 

11. Each person listed on the booking form and your guest(s)/visitor(s) must be prepared to identify themselves to the caravan owners, park owners or their staff upon request and comply with their reasonable requirements.

 

12. The hirer shall notify the caravan owners in writing with any changes to person(s) listed on the booking form at the earliest possible opportunity and in any event, prior to arrival at the holiday park.

 

13. The hirer must give access to the holiday caravan as & when required to the caravan owners, holiday park owners and their staff / agents.

14. The caravan owners reserve the right to refuse any booking without any obligation to give and / or reserve the right to terminate any booking for whatever reason at their absolute discretion.

 

UPON COMMENCEMENT OF HIRE

15. The holiday caravan maybe occupied from 3pm onwards on the first day of hiring unless previously arranged by the owners & vacate the caravan by 10am on the day of departure.

 

16. Renters must provide their own towels unless otherwise agreed

 

17. Smoking and vaping is prohibited inside all of our caravans. Failure to comply with this will result in an extra cleaning fee of £50 and security bond being witheld from the occupants and refusal of any further holiday bookings, as the owners are non smokers they will be able to smell if any smoking has occurred in the caravan.

 

18. Pets are not allowed in the caravan.

 

19.Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any injury to anybody in your party or any loss or damage to personal belongings, including vehicles parked.

 

20.On departure, caravans should be left in a clean and tidy condition, and any accidental damage paid for. All rubbish must be removed. Must check that all windows are closed, the gas fire is turned off and door is locked on exit and put back in the keybox.

 

21. Any damage must not be replaced/repaired by the hirer.
